What it is
On a new build the render is one of the last things to go on and one of the first things anyone sees. It also sits on the critical path — the wall has to be closed in, the windows in and flashed, and scaffold available, and once we're on site the coats have to cure in sequence.
We work directly with builders and owner-builders, quote from plans, and commit to a slot in the program. The advantage of a new build is that everything behind the render has been done recently and correctly, so the job is about execution and finish quality rather than working around someone else's problems.

Our process
We take off quantities from your plans and provide a written quote against the specified system.
We lock in dates with your builder and confirm the prerequisites — frame, windows, flashings and scaffold.
Sheeting or panels where they're in scope, then base coats, reinforcement and finish coats in sequence with proper cure time between.
We walk each elevation with the builder or owner, address anything marked up, and hand over clean.

Good to know
After the wall is closed in and the windows and flashings are installed, and generally before final fit-out. On a rendered sheet or panel wall we're often on site straight after the sheeting trade — sometimes that's us too.
